  • There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to a property showing. However, clients may be required to provide photo identification during the pre-screening process for an apartment rental.

  • An exclusive buyer representation agreement is required.

  • A mortgage pre-approval is not a requirement for engaging our services. However, individual property owners and/or listing brokers may require buyers to submit a mortgage pre-approval before approving a property showing. If such a requirement exists for any property you wish to view, we will communicate it to you before scheduling the showing.
